Have you lived or worked in a developing country? Have you witnessed the hardships and struggles of communities living with illness and without treatment? Or perhaps you fell ill while abroad? Whatever your global health story is, we want to know it.
The Global Health Story Bank is a collection of experiences from Americans like you who want to let the world know about the health challenges faced by people in the developing world. Your personal story can make a difference by helping journalists and policymakers to understand how issues such as malaria, HIV/AIDS, and other diseases affect people day to day. Your story lets policymakers (and legislators) know that Americans care about global health and that we demand U.S. policies that support research and better treatment.
