So You Think You Know Minority Health? was designed to test your knowledge of the health disparities facing people of color in America today.
Unfortunately, racial and ethnic minorities in the United States continue to experience persistent and pervasive health disparities—from differences in access, quality, and coverage, to gaps in disease rates and health outcomes.
The causes of health disparities are broad and complex, ranging from societal issues like poverty and racism, to health system factors, such as access to health care facilities.

To help you increase your knowledge, So You Think You Know Minority Health? asks questions in the five key categories:
Dude, Where’s My Care? tests your knowledge about the trends in access to health care—who has health insurance, who doesn’t, and where people seek care.
Debate and Legislate asks questions about what the government is currently doing to combat health disparities, including minority health legislation and coverage provided by public health insurance programs.
Trick or Treat? is the category dedicated to the differences in treatment and the quality of health care received by different racial and ethnic groups.
Feeling Groovy—or Not tests your knowledge about the differences in disease rates and health outcomes between racial and ethnic minorities, and whites.
The “X” Factor asks questions about the social and environmental conditions that affect our health, such as education, income, and where we live.
