During this call about Medicaid managed care for people with disabilities, we will be looking at state experiences: what problems have people with disabilities faced in the managed care system? what consumer protections have helped this population get appropriate care? how should consumer assistance programs prepare themselves to help in states just starting mandatory managed care enrollment?
