California's Medicaid Hospital Financing Waiver: A Three-Part Perspective is a series of three publications on California's waiver. The first publication, Examining the 2005 Medi-Cal Hospital Waiver, summarizes the major changes resulting from this law and examines several key issues the California legislature will need to consider in 2006. The second, Questions and Answers About the 2005 Medi-Cal Hospital Waiver, addresses common questions and concerns about the waiver. The last publication, Medicaid Hospital Waivers in California, Florida, and Massachusetts, provides side-by-side comparisons of three similar waivers recently approved by the federal government.
