Assessing Florida's Medicaid Reform Georgetown University's Health Policy Institute conducted a two-year, independent evaluation of Florida's Medicaid waiver. The project team released a series of papers on its findings during the course of the evaluation. In October 2008, the seventh (and final) paper was released. Medicaid Policy Briefs: In an effort to educate consumers, stakeholders and policy-makers on the issues involved in Medicaid reform now underway in Florida, the Winter Park Health Foundation commissioned a series of policy briefs designed to shed light on the impact of various proposed changes. Part of a series called "Florida's Health at Risk," the briefs were authored by the Georgetown University Health Policy Institute.
