Paying More for Less: "Healthy Indiana Plan" Would Cost More than Medicaid while Providing Inferior Coverage analyzes the cost of coverage and the benefits available in the Healthy Indiana Plan. The report found that coverage in the plan is inferior to that in traditional Medicaid, but that its total cost per person is actually greater than the cost of traditional Medicaid.
