The Problems with the Medicare Drug Program—and How to Fix Them
A Families USA Video Hosted by Walter Cronkite

The Medicare Part D drug program is complex, confusing, and costly. For millions of seniors, it is also disappointing. Disappointing because the program's benefits contain glaring gaps, such as the so-called "doughnut hole." And disappointing because it won't actually contain skyrocketing costs.

This video, hosted by Walter Cronkite, explores these problems and suggests ways to fix them.

How do I get Internet video on my computer?

If you have a multimedia computer (one that comes with speakers and sound), you can play the video with either RealPlayer or Windows Media Player.

RealPlayer: If you don't have a current RealPlayer on your computer, click on the "RealPlayer Free" button below. Doing so will take you to the Web site of http://www.real.com/. When you are there, click the orange "Download RealPlayer" button. On the next screen you will see two choices. On the left-hand side of the screen, you will be offered the paid version of the RealPlayer. Toward the bottom of the right-hand column, you will see a smaller "Download the Free RealPlayer" link. The choice is yours, but the Web cast can be viewed with the free RealPlayer.

The rest is simple. Let's assume you want to download the free RealPlayer. Click on the link below and follow the download instructions.
