Families USA Submits Testimony Expressing Support for the Fair Pricing Act

On February 10th, 2026, Families USA submitted written testimony to the New York State Joint Legislative Budget Hearing on Health, expressing support for the Fair Pricing Act (S. 705/A. 2140).

The Fair Pricing Act would ensure that routine medical services cost the same no matter where they are performed and could result in significant savings for New York State and New Yorkers overall.
