Families USA Foundation is a national, nonpartisan, nonprofit 501(c)3 organization dedicated to the achievement of high-quality, affordable health care and improved health for all. Families USA advances its mission through health advocacy campaigns, public policy, and collaboration with state and national partners to promote a more patient-and community-centered health system. As a member of our staff, you will work on our four core focus areas – coverage, health equity, health care value, and consumer engagement – and play an integral role in advancing America’s health system..

We offer a structured internship program within our various departments focused on mentor matching, regular check-ins to focus on your professional development goals, and many other opportunities to practice and evolve your professional skills. Interns are paid hourly. Parking and transit benefits are available.
