Emma Green

As Families USA’s first Organizing & Mobilization Manager, Emma Green uses her deep understanding of impacted communities, their stakeholders, and other partners to support projects that advance equitable state and national level policy changes. On the Health Equity team, Emma develops and implements advocacy strategies that bring together community leaders, policy makers, residents, businesses and more to advance policies that center health equity and promote health. With a background in advocacy and volunteer experiences spanning across the private and non-profit sectors, she has worked to support environmental, labor, housing, and community health issues in her local communities. Emma earned her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from Ohio Northern University with a minor in Public Policy.
