Senior Policy Advisor, Insurance Markets and Regulation

Jenny leads Families USA’s policy and advocacy work on the Affordable Care Act (ACA) marketplaces and private insurance. She brings significant experience in health policy from her work as Director of Health Coverage Access at the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities and in leadership roles at Enroll America, where she led the policy team and worked with an extensive network of partners to maximize the number of Americans receiving health care through the ACA. Jenny previously worked for Families USA as a Senior Health Policy Analyst. She holds a BA in Sociology from Kalamazoo College, an MHS in Health Policy from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, and an Executive Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Georgetown University.
