Families USA Submits Comments on Federal Vaccine Recommendations RFI

Families USA submitted a response to Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.’s Request for Information (RFI) regarding potential changes to how federal vaccine recommendations are categorized and the role of shared clinical decision-making (SCDM). Families USA strongly opposes further changes to federal vaccine recommendations and the role of SCDM that could hinder vaccine access and worsen individual and public health outcomes. Families USA urges HHS to change course and reassert its commitment to science and evidence-based medical interventions including vaccinations.
